Construction:

 It uses high-quality synthetic rubber with special raw material anti-corrosion layer and copper-nickel alloy anti-marine bio-layer.

 

 

Application:

 It is suitable for offshore oilfield operations in harsh environments such as seafloor pipeline riser splash zone, ship contact zone and ice zone. It is especially suitable for the development and utilization of oilfields with relatively harsh surface conditions and sea conditions such as beaches and deep water continental shelves.

Operating temperature range:-40℃ - +100℃

 

Our company has many years of experience in marine riser neoprene coating. The products have been used in the 34-1 project, the Wenchang 13-2 project, and etc. And have been practiced for more than 10 years without any problems.

 

Our company has standard equipment and test methods. The physical properties of the rubber compound, including hardness, tensile, tear resistance, compression deformation, aging, ozone resistance, seawater resistance and other experiments can be completed. The thickness measurement, leak detection and cathode stripping of the experimental tube can meet the requirements of equipment and inspection standards.

At the same time, our company and CNOOC engineering co., ltd. jointly developed special materials and equipment for the joint repair work at the final joint, which can ensure the bonding strength and anti-aging requirements at the joint repair, so as to ensure the overall quality of the riser.
