The physical properties of the rubber compound, including hardness, tensile, tear resistance, compression deformation, aging, ozone resistance, seawater resistance and other experiments can be completed. The thickness measurement, leak detection and cathode stripping of the experimental tube can meet the requirements of equipment and inspection standards.
At the same time, our company and CNOOC engineering co., ltd. jointly developed special materials and equipment for the joint repair work at the final joint, which can ensure the bonding strength and anti-aging requirements at the joint repair, so as to ensure the overall quality of the riser.
